Jan Schaab views design as a clear and accessible form of communication. He is more interested in the attitude behind aesthetics than the aesthetics themselves, creating structures that provide orientation and providing space for playful moments. His work lies at the intersection of culture, society, and design, and he is constantly seeking ways in which visual means can contribute to greater attention and awareness.
