The Capital is not a Construct. Capitalism divides society into two opposing classes: the bourgeoisie, which owns the means of production, and the proletariat, which owns only its labor power and must sell it to survive.
The State is not a Construct. The bourgeois state embodies organized violence, securing private property and thus enabling exploitation.
The Patriarchy is not a Construct. Women are doubly oppressed, by capitalism and by men, serving capital through unpaid domestic labor and reproduction. (Marx & Engels, Manifesto of the Communist Party, 1848)
