Poetic Intervention is a web anthology exploring the poetic potential of graphic design and code. While most websites aim for a seamless user experience, poetry dares to be personal and non-functional. This project adopts poetic strategies to play with the aesthetic qualities of language and to question what a website can feel like.
Influenced by concrete and visual poetry—from Stéphane Mallarmé and Guillaume Apollinaire to Eugen Gomringer—the anthology reinterprets poetic experiments through digital form. It draws inspiration from contemporary web thinkers such as Chia Amisola, Laurel Schwulst, Tiger Dingsun, and J.R. Carpenter.
Viewing a website as a poem invites openness, experimentation, and reflection—creating a space where visitors can engage creatively and playfully.
