Why hold on? navigates between digital and analog perception. Initial steps in coding with HTML and CSS opened up possibilities of transformations, grid structures, poetry, and sound-reactive typefaces. Yet the focus was less on technology than on how forms, overlays, and distortions can shift perception. In the analog realm, new experiences emerged through transparency and motion blur. The project explores how effects, glitches, and disruptions create their own aesthetic and draw attention to the tension between control and chance.
